Shipping policy

LOCAL DELIVERY

All orders are processed and shipped from the Dominican Republic. Processing times depend on the availability of the product.

Local shippings take:

Between 2-3 business days for Santo Domingo, Santiago and Punta Cana. Currently, we don't offer deliveries to other locations within the Dominican Republic.

The client is responsible for mispelled or wrong address information placed when ordering. Refunds are not applicable if the client didn't provide the right delivery information. Please contact us at contact@ociojewelry.com if there's any issues with your delivery.

For orders within the Dominican Republic, any shipping charges are non-refundable.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Ocio Jewelry only offers international delivery to the United States via 3rd parties like DHL and FedEx. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

US delivery time: 5-7 business days.

The majority of items ship from the Dominican Republic and therefore will incur import taxes and duties depending on shipping location and destination. Please note that the shipping rates are not inclusive of any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country. Please be advised that it is your responsibility to pay for these extra charges.

For international orders, the costs of shipping and any import taxes and duties paid are non-refundable.

PRE-ORDERS

Ocio Jewelry offers pre-order for certain products. These pre-orders will be fulfilled at a later date when the product is ready for shipment. The order for that item cannot be canceled after 15 days from the order date. Refunds are not applicable is the product is custom-made, in the fine jewelry category or marked as "final sale" in the product description.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

TRACKING

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email containing your shipping details and tracking number, which you can use to track your shipment online.
